I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

Answer:

Click on “Forgotten your username or password” and you will be asked to enter either your username or the email you used to register your account. A password reset email will be sent to you.


Question:

I’ve registered, but I haven’t received my account confirmation email. What can I do?

Please check the spam folder in your email as the confirmation email may have been directed there.

Is the content evidence-based?

The content was developed based on the latest scientific evidence and last updated in 2019. The content will be reviewed and updated every 2 years.

Is there a guide for educators?

A Tutor Guide is available. Go to the Tutor Area and download the Tutor Guide.

Is there an educator support group to share experience?

There is no formal support group for ENeA SEA at present. You can contact the local ENeA SEA coordinator to get in touch with other educators who are involved in teaching using the ENeA SEA modules.
